TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Terms
- All prices are subject to change based on demand.
- I have the right to decline your commission request.
- Any reference or description for the posing, character, environment, mood, or light source will be very helpful.2. Payment
- Commissions can be paid upfront 100% or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Don’t send me any payment before I agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
- Payment Method for now will be

Indonesian: Bank Transfer3. Process and Delivery
- Each commission will normally take around 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity, details, and other unprecedented reasons. If it will take more time, I will inform you.If you want it to be done quickly, an extra charge of around 50% will be applied.The process is as follows:
a. Clients provide references/scenarios/ideas for the artwork and I will draw a thumbnail (rough plan for the artwork) if necessary.
b. When a slot is available I will send the invoice to the clients (can be paid full or partially as discussed). After the client paid, I will start working on the commission.
c. I will draw the sketch and send it to the clients.
d. If the sketch is approved, I will ask for the remaining payment and continue the artwork until the lineart and base color part.
e. If the lineart and base color part are okay, I will continue to finish the artwork.
f. I will send the finished version to the clients and if everything’s approved, I will send the full resolution to their email or google drive.
g. I will post it later on my socials. If it’s an OC, I will add “Do not reuse and repost” on it and if it’s fanart I will add my watermark. Do inform me if you want otherwise.4. Revisions
- You can do as many revisions as you like during the sketching process. If there’s any drastic changes during the lineart/base color and the coloring process, I may charge you for it.
- A fee will be added if you want something to change in the final drawing (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made). Minor edits can be considered free.
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I may charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on how much the changes to the overall artwork.5. Copyright and Usage
I as the artist :
a.I am accepting commission work as long as there’s a slot available. The rest will be put on queue and will be contacted later.
b. I am able to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason. I still have all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
c. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artworkI have the right to post it online and use it on my portfolio and other publications (Art books for example).
d. I’ll upload my art on my social media (Pixiv, Instagram, Facebook, etc) with lower quality with my watermark (either with a simple watermark text or a commission watermark text). If you don’t want me to post It for some reason, message me.You as the commissioner :
a.You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels.
b. You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, prints, etc) unless it is already stated previously it is for COMMERCIAL purposes.
c. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (artist’s) consent.
d. You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property (IP)
e. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes UNLESS stated at the beginning (Before I agreed and requested for payment)
Copyright Infringement example : Reproducing/using the artwork commercially (making profit off of it) UNLESS stated at the beginning.Claiming the artwork as your own.6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- There will be no refund but you can cancel your commission any time before or when I am working on the sketch.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.7. What will you get ?
- Thumbnail that will be drawn when needed that you must decide which one I should continue with
- Artwork process such as sketches and basecolor that you must approve before I continue the work
- Insight and Involvement in color plan (depending on the complexity of the commissioned price)
- Full-resolution file of the final drawing (Usually A4 size 350 DPI or custom size) and a smaller version for Internet upload and for sharing publicly(png).
